Every year when the all-star reserves are announced there are always a handful of stars sadly left out. This year is no different in fact it maybe more magnifies because of the pandemic and hopefully this push for the roster to 15 players instead of 12 players. So here are a few notable snubs from this year’s all-star game.

Mike Conley Jr, Utah Jazz

Once again, the hard work and efforts of Mike Conley will go unrewarded as he will not be on another all-star team. Despite the Jazz successful start which Conley is pivotal for the voters left him off when he should have been a clear reserve choice this year for the western conference.

Bam Adebayo & Jimmy Butler, Miami Heat

Two guys that were major admissions left off the Eastern conference all-star roster were Bam Adebayo and Jimmy Butler. Butler and Adebayo both have had all-star worthy seasons and deserve to be apart of the March 7th festivities.

DeMar DeRozan, San Antonio Spurs

Flying under the radar like always but deserving of some all-star praise this year is Spurs’ DeMar DeRozan. DeRozan has the spurs that were not considered for playoff contention before the season now are in the playoff picture thanks to his play which should give some consideration for the all-star game as a reserve.
