We are down to the final four in the NBA playoffs, with the conference finals starting here are my predictions for who will be going to the NBA finals in mid-June.
Eastern Conference Finals
#2 Boston Celtics vs. #8 Miami Heat- The Celtics and Heat rivalry picks up again here where this battletested Heat team that was left for dead are here in the conference finals against the Celtics who come in off an impressive game 7 closeout against the 76ers. This matchup has the Celtic fan base extremely nervous because the Heat always give them a hard time but this series is going to go to the limit with a ton of ups and downs that will lead to the Celtics winning the series in seven games, surviving some major scares from Butler but a explosive performance or moment from Jaylen Brown will be the thing that helps win the series.
Western Conference Finals
#1 Denver Nuggets vs. #7 Los Angeles Lakers- We come to the wild and crazy western conference gets a bit more intense with the Nuggets smoothly get back to finals after handling the Suns to play against the highly dangerous Lakers who have knocked out the second and third seeds to get here. As much as I don’t like betting against LeBron, but Nikola Jokic is simply too much to overcome even for LeBron as the supporting cast will fail and the magical story ends with the Nuggets advancing to the NBA finals by beating the Lakers in five games.
