With the excitement of the James Harden trade still fresh and leaving a lot of optimism for Net fans, James Harden fans, Kevin Duran fans and Kyrie Irving fans the Kyrie fans should be severely concerned about him and if basketball is a priority or not for Uncle Drew anymore.
Throughout the years Irving has made eyebrow raising statements and done some highly questionable things to make it difficult to understand him but harder to defend his choices and with his recent” DNPs” being for personal reasons and lack of communication with new head coach Steve Nash plus now add James Harden is joining the team the question is what is going to happen with Kyrie?

Now I have used this comparison a lot recently that Irving in NBA reminds me of one of my favorite running backs ever Ricky Williams that both were extremely talented players but cults of personalities and different yet deep thinkers who take a unique path. But if basketball is not a top priority for Irving anymore then maybe it is time to talk about retirement and Kyrie walks away from the game of basketball before things become chaotic and unforgettable for him.
Obviously if your Kyrie Irving fan or basketball fan in general you do not want to see him want to retire so young, but this may be an option that make Irving happiest or more focused on what he wants to do since basketball is not it even when he is in the ideal situation, he wanted to be with the teammate he wanted to pair up with.

Regardless Irving is the definition of high risk and high reward as far as player or investment, but most teams will take the gamble on this experience and I cannot blame them but when it is all over the headline for Kyrie Irving’s career will or should is “Kyrie Irving: The Gift & The Curse” now that’s symmetry.
